G321 - Mise en scene consideration - (Lighting, Costume and Props)

Lighting - The lighting will not be natural as they are inside throughout the opening but it will be bright as we see the characters preparing for their date. This connotes that the characters are happy and excited about their evening together. In the restaurant the lighting will be considerably darker to create a romantic atmosphere.

Clothing - Both Chris and Richard will be dressed in suits for their date with Tallulah. The only difference between Chris and Richards costumes is that Richard wears an item of jewellery.
Tallulah will be wearing a pastel green dressing gown as she prepares for her date (as seen in the previous image about lighting). She then changes into either a light colour dress (connotations of innocence) or a feminine colour dress (representing her girly personality).

Props- On Tallulah's dressing table she will have items such as, Make-up, framed picture of herself and her best friend (Jade) and straighteners. Within her room the audience will see her heels, her dress she's going to wear hung up in the background and other outfit choices scattered across her bed (demonstrating how she has taken care in her appearance for the evening).

Chris' room is neat and clean. Reflecting how he is the nicer and more respectable twin. Compared to Richard who will have a messy room and be looking at himself in the mirror. Reflecting his vain personality.
