For our independent institution we have chosen this as our logo:
We have chosen this logo because it is effective and eye catching, without being completely crazy and advanced which highlights that we are an independent institution and we can't afford to design and create a highly elaborate logo.
Other independent logos are similar to ours, like working title film, which also simply includes the institutions name and then some form of graphic. This is effective but not too over the top.
